1. Booking and payment
1.1 Completing a booking
- A booking is final once the full amount due has been received
- All traveller details must be entered correctly and match the official documents
- The booking confirmation is sent by e-mail or text message
- The prices shown are final and include value added tax
1.2 Payment methods
We accept payment by:
- Cash to our representative
- Credit card (Visa / MasterCard)
- Direct bank transfer
- Electronic payment (mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay)
2. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancelled more than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
- Cancelled within 24 hours of departure or later: 0% of the amount paid is refunded.
- If a cancelled seat is sold to another traveller before the trip leaves, its price is refunded in full, for each seat sold, and you receive a message with the outcome after departure.
- A paid booking is cancelled through our office, and the refund is made by the method agreed.
Important: a traveller who does not show up at the set departure time without prior notice is not refunded.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Make sure every detail entered when booking is correct
- Carry every required document (national ID, passport, visa)
- Keep to the set departure and arrival times
- Take care of the property and facilities used during the trip
- Respect the local laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
4. Company commitments
- Comfortable and safe transport
- The hotel accommodation agreed
- Support and assistance throughout the trip
- Keeping to departure and arrival times as far as possible
- Protecting customers personal data
5. Force majeure
The company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Strikes or acts of terrorism
- Government decisions or changes in regulations
- Epidemics and health emergencies
In such cases we will do our best to reschedule the trip or offer suitable alternatives.
6. Data protection and privacy
We protect your privacy and personal data in line with the data protection regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your data is not shared with any third party without your consent, except where needed to provide your services.
7. Changes to these terms
The company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are informed of material changes by e-mail or by a notice on the website.
